We would love for you to be part of what God is going to do this summer at BoldX Youth Conference. It takes an incredible team of people to create a space that is safe, welcoming, and full of purpose for the next generation, and every person serving helps make that possible. Whether you’re greeting guests, covering the conference in prayer, supporting behind the scenes, or helping students feel seen and cared for, your role matters.
At BoldX, there are three main areas you can serve:
Bold Group Leaders — If you are a current Bold Leader, we ask that you serve within the Volunteer Team while also helping oversee small groups of students from your campus. Bold Group Leaders will be the primary team participating in ministry moments, praying directly with students, and helping to provide consistency with students throughout the conference.
We’ll have multiple shifts available each day, so you can choose what works best with your availability. You’re welcome to serve one shift, one day, or multiple days. Of course, we would love to have you with us as much as possible, but we understand work schedules and other commitments may affect what you can serve.

Q: What should I wear while serving?
A: BoldX does not have a dress code, but we encourage you to dress in a way that models modesty and appropriate attire for students. Closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety, and consider comfortable, practical clothing since some roles involve standing, walking, or lifting.
Q: Will I get meals as a volunteer?
A: Meals are provided only during lunch or dinner shifts. If you serve outside of these times, light snacks will be available. No meals are provided on Wednesday. Lunch is served at 12 PM and dinner at 5 PM on Thursday and Friday.
Q: How old do I need to be to volunteer?
A: Volunteers must be 18 or older. Students who have graduated high school in Spring 2026 are encouraged to attend their last BoldX as a student.
Q: Can I serve only part of the day?
A: Yes! There are multiple shifts each day. You can serve one shift, one day, or multiple days depending on your availability. While we’d love for you to serve the entire conference, we understand if other commitments limit your time.
Q: How are volunteers assigned to roles?
A: Assignments are based on team needs, experience, and team fit. You may be placed in a role different from your preference to ensure the conference runs smoothly.
Q: When should I arrive for my shift?
A: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled shift. Check in at the Ateam Room to receive your lanyard and touch base with your team lead.
Q: What if there’s a safety or security concern?
A: Our Security and staff will be working to ensure a safe environment. Contact the nearest staff member immediately if you see any issues or need assistance.
